Traditionally used to support vitality and recovery where there is fatigue, weakness, and signs associated with anaemia. Suitable for those who appear pale, tire easily, experience low energy, or are recovering from illness and need support to regain strength.

Commonly used for:

• Low energy and vitality
• Pale complexion or pale eyelids
• Fatigue and weakness
• General exhaustion and poor stamina
• Recovery following illness
• Body aches associated with depleted energy

Designed to provide gentle support during periods of reduced vitality and convalescence.

Recommended dosage:

3x per day until improvement of the vitality is seen.

If very low, begin with 6x per day and reduce to 3x per day, followed by 1x per day over a long period as a background remedy whilst the cause is being treated.
